Q: Where can I find my License Number?

A: License Number is the code you have got after purchasing DynaInk.

 

Q: Where can I find Device ID?

A: Please start DynaInk and press the Settings button, then enter your License Number. After DynaInk could not connect it will display a window with your Device ID.

 

Q: What can I do with Activation Code?

A: You should write Act. Code back in DynaInk to finalize the registration.

 

Q: Why are so many codes?

A: In normal case you should use only License Number in DynaInk to register it. Activation Code (and manual registration on website) is neccessary only when your PDA/Phone could not connect to the internet.

 

Q: Does DynaInk work on Windows Mobile Standard (non-touch screen)?

A: No, DynaInk can run on touch screen Windows PDA/Phone devices

 

Q: DynaInk does not need internet connection to work, right?

A: Yes, DynaInk is an offline application. However, if you would like to e-mail your drawing, Outlook Mobile needs internet connection to send it.

 

Q: What can I do if I lost/change my device? What about my license?

A: This case please write us your License Number and we will help you to re-register DynaInk to your new device.
